This is a pose I hope to master in the future, but I’m definitely not there yet. It’s a variation of the Firefly pose, which strengthens the wrists, forearms and abdomen while stretching the hamstrings.
The advantage I’m finding while attempting to get into Firefly is that when I fall out of it (like every time I try), I land on my butt instead of on my head.
If I ever get it, I’ll post a picture. In the meantime, one of my drawings will have to do.
